Corporate lunch platters set up on a boardroom credenza — two hot trays, a green salad, a sweet tray with pastries, cutlery rolled in linen napkins

What we deliver

Corporate catering for us means a real cooked lunch — not a stack of triangle sandwiches and a Costa muffin in a cardboard tray. We cook the morning of delivery, transport hot to your office, and set up so the food is ready to serve when your meeting breaks for lunch. Standard offering is two hot trays plus a salad plus a sweet tray; we'll happily build something else if that's not right.

  • Cooked the morning of delivery, not the day before
  • Delivered in our own platters and serving boards — we collect them the same evening
  • Linen napkins, real cutlery (no plastic), wooden serving boards
  • Setup on your boardroom credenza or pantry counter — takes us 5–10 minutes
  • Allergen-marked cards in front of each tray (gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free)
  • Same-evening platter collection — your meeting room is clear by 18.00

Boardroom drop vs all-hands lunch

The two main formats we deliver. Same kitchen, same kit — different head count and presentation register.

  • Boardroom drop (6–14 people). Plated-up trays for a small meeting — typically one hot dish, one cold salad, a sweet tray. From €22pp. Best for client lunches, board meetings, partner sit-downs. We can land at any window between 11.30 and 13.30.
  • All-hands lunch (15–80 people). Two hot trays (one meat, one vegetarian), one substantial cold dish (a grain salad or a tabbouleh-style), a green salad, a sweet tray with pastries or a tart. From €18pp at higher head counts. Best for company-wide lunches, off-sites, board-plus-team gatherings.
  • Welcome breakfast. Buttered slices, pastry tray, granola pots, fruit bowls, a hot tray of scrambled eggs and bacon. From €15pp. 07.30 delivery window.
  • Sandwich lunches. Yes, we do these too — sourdough sandwiches built the morning of delivery, three options including a vegetarian, salad, a sweet bite. From €14pp. Honest sandwiches, not gas-station triangles.

Evening drinks plates & canapés

The other corporate booking we do regularly: standing canapés or drinks plates for after-work events, product launches and office parties. Aoife brings the food across at 17.30, sets up on prep tables, plates canapés through the evening from a station in the corner. We don't pour drinks — that's on you or your venue.

  • Standing canapés: 6–10 pieces per head over a two-hour window, from €28pp
  • Bowl food (small noodle bowls, risotto cups, mini-pies): 4–5 portions per head, from €32pp
  • Sit-down drinks plates (sharing boards on standing tables): from €36pp
  • Aoife or Tomás on site during service for events of 40+
  • Plates and napkins included; we'll match the venue's glassware

How to book a corporate drop

  • 72 hours' notice is comfortable; 24 hours is possible (we cook from a tighter list of menus on short notice)
  • Email or ring — most regulars book by reply to last month's invoice
  • Standing weekly orders welcome — twelve offices on standing weekly schedules at any given time
  • Allergens collected at the booking, not on the day
  • Delivery window confirmed by 16.00 the day before
  • Setup takes us 5–10 minutes; collection at 17.30–18.30 same evening

Per-head pricing — VAT included

All numbers below include the 13.5% Irish food-service VAT rate. Delivery inside the M50 ring is included; deliveries to Sandyford / Cherrywood / Citywest add €0.80pp.

  • Sandwich lunch (6+): from €14pp
  • Breakfast drop (8+): from €15pp
  • All-hands hot lunch (15+): from €18pp
  • Boardroom drop (6–14): from €22pp
  • Standing canapés (20+): from €28pp
  • Bowl food evening service (20+): from €32pp
  • Sit-down drinks sharing boards (20+): from €36pp

Below the head-count minimums on each tier we still deliver — just at the next tier up on the per-head price. A four-person boardroom drop is fine, it's just billed at €34pp rather than €22pp.

Account billing for offices & agencies

For regular bookers (two or more deliveries a month over six months) we move to a monthly invoice arrangement: orders go in by email, single invoice on the last working day of the month, Net-14 terms. PO numbers handled; we can match your finance team's format on the line items.

  • Monthly consolidated invoice, Net-14 terms after six months of regular orders
  • PO number on every delivery if required
  • Tax invoice format compliant with Irish Revenue requirements
  • Allianz public liability certificate emailed on first request
  • HSE registration number on every invoice
